My story
About Me
Hi, my name is Julie, I have been singing in various groups and theatres for over thirty years now. I started off at the tender age of five singing and dancing in a theatre school in Saltdean in East Sussex and performing in local events, which is where I caught the bug! By the age of eight I was opening shows for a London theatre school and was a member of various choirs and even started taking singing lessons myself. At fifteen I met my singing guru Peter Evans who taught me everything I know, however I am devastated to say that he has now moved to France and is sorely missed!

Vocal Tuition
Want to learn to sing? I’m here to help! I work with all ages and abilities. Everyone has a different voice and I’m here to help you find yours.
Bands
I am currently the lead singer in a 50’s band called The Corvettes and a present day covers band called Upside down, you’ll find us performing in local pubs and clubs.
Solo Work
I also sing solo with backing tracks and have provided the entertainment for Christmas, birthday and Street parties amongst other things. I have also helped out the infamous Fat Belly Jones on a few occasions.
